N2 Extreme Gelato

N2 Extreme Gelato

Red Velvet Cheesecake
N2 is a gelato bar in the CBD that makes gelato before your eyes. Using liquid Nitrogen and basic ingredients they whip up a masterpiece. With the menu featuring a range of different gelatos to suit all tastes, some examples are Yuzu Lychee Sorbet, Espresso Martini, S’mores, Chai Fudge and Macadamia, and Brandy Soaked Dates with Coconut just to name a few. Although their menu is not big their gelatos are more than just an average gelato with each month featuring different flavors. N2 gelatos are not just a scoop of gelato like you would normal expect they are served with extra toppings to make the gelato extra special, one example is the red velvet cupcake made with a cheesecake gelato, toped with a cream cheese frosting and red velvet crumbs. Another example is Crispy Crème Sundae which after its name is a tower of deliciousness filled with cookies and cream gelato topped with a chocolate gazed donut and a flake.
They are open Monday to Sunday 1:00pm to 11:00pm and are well worth a visit.

Located at Lot 43, 1 Dixon Street, Sydney, Australia 2000

Sopra Cafe - Fratelli Fresh-

Café Sopra -Fratelli Fresh-

Café Sopra is an Italian restaurant and deli in CBD, they serve delicious dishes by using fresh vegetables and variety of prosciuttos that are sold at the store. As this restaurant is pretty popular, you may have to wait to be seated, but it is worth waiting in that well designed interior and they will offer you a drink to start while you are waiting. I went this place on the week before to celebrate friend’s birthday, and we had rocket and Parmesan salad, crumbed zucchini flower with cheese in it, few pizzas and a prosciuttos platter. They all were delightful and good to go with nice red wines. Waiters out there are also absolutely nice and attentive. The other part of thi store is a deli, so even if you do not have a time to sit or prefer to cook nice meal at home, you can get fresh vegetables and cheese from there.

I have been there more than five times and every time I get great food and warm service, so I would definitely recommend this place if you feel like nice crispy pizzas and flavorful pastas made with fresh ingredients. There are six of fratelli fresh restaurant in Sydney.

Pancake on rocks!

Pancakes On The Rocks opened on Hickson Road, at The Rocks in Sydney on 17th August, 1975.The idea behind Pancakes On The Rocks goes back to the late 1950’s when some intrepid Australians went on a road trip across America. They noticed the popularity of pancakes on the menus in American restaurants and wanted to bring that love of pancakes to Australia. They opened their first restaurant in Adelaide in 1965 and then opened around Victoria. The original founders separated with one moving to Sydney and opening Pancakes On The Rocks. As a company we continued to pursue our vision of creating casual dining, family restaurants that featured pancakes and had something for everyone on the menu.In 1994, Pancakes On The Rocks embarked on a rebirth by adding to the menu, pizzas, a new range of salads, crepes, pancakes and our now famous beef and pork ribs. The new look menu proved very popular for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. To meet the increasing demand for Pancakes On The Rocks we opened another restaurant at Northmead in 2006, serving the same the popular dishes found at the original restaurant. We then opened sites across Sydney at Darling Harbour, Campbelltown, North Strathfield, Beverly Hills and also on the Gold Coast in Queensland. Our aim of serving quality food, with friendly service in a welcoming atmosphere continues in all our restaurants. With the continued success of Pancakes On The Rocks in each location we plan to open more restaurants in Australia and around the world.
