Chinese hamburger, or roujiamo, very famous
street food from Shanxi Province and now widely consumed all over China, it is
have more than hundreds year history. The meat they use are common pork but
cooked by over 20 spices and seasonings. The meat is then minced or chopped and
stuffed in “mo”, a type of flatbread.
Many alternative fillings are available,
like the Muslim areas in Xi’an, they use the beef to instead of pork. And many
people use such as lamb, dried bean curd or chillis. It is cost around 5 to 15
Chinese Yuan depend from which city.
