Being a pioneer & industry leader in Fondant iced cakes first established in 1996, the team at Cake Art Australia are all qualified Pastry Chefs with the majority having completed their Certificate 3 in Baking /Pastry Cooking combined at one of the countries leading Hospitality Schools; Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE.
