Chaco bar

Chaco bar

Chaco bar is a Japanese restaurant that specialises in what it is called "Yakitori". Yakitori means chicken skewers in Japanese, however, they are not the only yakitori as we have now a variety of skewers from different parts of chicken, pork and beef. It is also considered as a street food and you will find the yakitori stalls on almost every station where people can have their drinks with skewers after work or warming up a bit before going parties.

Chaco bar opened up not a long ago and I have always wanted to try, but its been extremely busy and could not even enter without reservations. I finally there last week, and it was a great experience. I expected dishes are as not good as what I can get in Japan and it was true because instead of serving authentic style, they make skewers modern and fashionable. They were visually enjoyable and the quality was far better than I thought. If you are interested, please do try. the website can not be found, but check the information through here.
