Pho, it is the Vietnamese beef noodle soup,
the special noodle is made by the rice, and the soup is made by the onion and
the beef bone, after finished put rare beef in the soup and also use the chili,
bean sprout and the mint for the auxiliary. People can also add beef ball or
omasum into the soup.
Pho is a popular street food in the Vietnam
from 20th century. But now have the restaurant around the world.
Vietnamese eat it for breakfast and lunch, whereas northerners eat it at any
time of day.
